Sheldrake & Sheldrake Chipotle Shoyu is made by extracting the liquid essence of Sheldrake & Sheldrake Chipotle Hot Sauce and combining it with an organic oat shoyu made in the fermentation house by our partner and koji wizard Jonathan Hope. The result is a mouth-watering umami liquid – think soy sauce with a gentle heat – that brings a deep, rich tone to anything you add it to.
